A footballer was in agony after being kicked between the legs - leaving him need 10 stitches in his manhood.
27-year-old Mariano Bittolo and Roman Zozulya went to clear the same ball in their penalty area, with unlucky Bittolo on the receiving end of his teammate's studs.
The Argentinian left-back, who plays for Albacete in the Spanish second division, fell to the ground in pain, holding his crotch area and punching the pitch with his other hand.
He was up to his feet a few moments later, but only to get to the sidelines and summon team doctors to give him immediate medical attention.
The clash happened near the end of his side's 0-0 draw with Huesca.
Bittolo is not expected to be out of for long thought, after he is believed to have had stitches put in while in the team dressing room.
One fan tweeted after the freak incident: "Sir Mariano Bittolo. His balls are the size of lorry tyres."
A sports magazine in Argentina posted a clip with the caption: "Mariano Bittolo had 10 stitches there, yes there, where it hurts... a lot."
