Viewers were shocked by a robot on This Morning who has threesomes with a couple and even plays with their kids.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield appeared almost horrified by family man Arran Squire's invention as recordings of brunette Samantha saying "I can take many times" and "I take it all" were played live in the studio.

The presenters have no issue with someone using the robot as long as it was 'harmless', but they were uneasy with some of Samantha's elements.

Phil asked: "It's a bit like making love to a car GPS isn't it?"

"I don't think so," responded Arran.

"Humans love human form, so obviously I think she's very beautiful. Would you agree she's very beautiful?"

Holly's response to that was: "No! She's a doll! The thing is, you can't get away from the fact she's not real."

Arran told Holly she was very human-like to touch, but Phillip didn't agree.

He said: "When she was brought in and we were introduced to her, I did touch her, and I found it really quite unnerving that it was a good feeling of skin, but it was cold, she was like a corpse."

Arran explained that he's looking for ways to be able to heat her up.

Holly was more worried about his young children, aged five and three, finding her.

The inventor said it's problem for kids - as they love hanging out with Samantha.

"Samantha has a family mode," he said.

"No, don't!" exclaimed Holly.

Phil then asked: "What, she's going to read the kids a bedtime story?"

Arran told him: "She can talk about animals, she can talk about philosophy, she can talk about science."

"She's got programmed a thousand jokes at random, which I don't know all of them, so there's a lot to Samantha, she's advanced."
